What personal data we collect and why
We collect your personal information through cookies (as long as you agree), information submitted by various inquiry or application forms, e-payment if you submit a payment via our payment portal, and copies of documents you submit in order to enroll and study with Family Fabric Academy (FFA) as well as in the process of using the services. By submitting our form, you give consent to the following use of personal data:
Consent to Personal Data Processing – Prospect & Applicant
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter as “GDPR”), I give my consent to Momentface s.r.o., Zvěřinova 14, Prague 3, identification number 01900030, registered with the Metropolitan Court in Prague under file no. C 213115 (hereinafter as “Data Controller”), to process my personal data, i.e. given name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, contact address (hereinafter as “Personal Data”) for the purposes of registration in the database of persons interested in Data Controller’s services, approaching such persons and sending them information, offers and commercial communications by electronic means, all in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 480/2004 Sb. on certain information society services, until I terminate any contractual agreement with the Data Controller or until I notify the Data Controller that I wish to withdraw my consent to the processing of the Personal Data.
I give my consent for a period of 10 years from the moment of providing the Personal Data.
This consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time in whole or in part. Failure to give consent, or withdrawing consent, means that you will not receive information about Organization’s events and offers. Moreover, it may be very difficult for you to communicate with us if consent to processing of the Personal Data is not given.
I declare that the above Personal Data are accurate and true and that I have read and fully understood the above text, which I confirm voluntarily by checking the consent box.
Storage of personal data
Above personal data are provided with a goal to use services provided on wearmefashion.com. When visiting the site, all logins to the account are recorded. Once the subject of personal data ceases to be a User of wearmefashion.com by deleting his account on the site, his personal data is also automatically deleted.
Interaction of wearmefashion.com with other resources
When the User uses the services, wearmefashion.com pages may contain codes of other internet resources and third parties, as a result of which such internet resources and third parties receive your data. Therefore, these internet resources may receive and process information that you have visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by the User’s browser. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string that helps us detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After the approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact and application forms
We collect your personal information through our EdTech portal application – 3rd party Pardot contact forms – and store it in our CRM system, in order to communicate effectively and facilitate your application process.
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data stored on the user’s computer by the web browser while browsing our website. When you go to the wearmefashion.com page, the server may read the information contained in the “cookie”. In particular, “Cookies” can be used to store registration information on wearmefashion.com or a specific area so that the User does not need to re-enter it on subsequent visits to the site.
We currently use necessary and non-necessary cookies. Necessary cookies are anonymized and don’t store any personal information – they help us manage and improve the website in order to provide the best possible user experience and service.
Non-necessary cookies are cookies that you can enable by giving consent by clicking the accept button on the bottom of the cookie bar when you first visit the website. Currently we use the following necessary cookies:
Google Analytics – anonymized 3rd party cookie. Google is not allowed to store the information and use it in any way and the IP address is not-available; hence, no personal data is collected or stored. The cookie expires after standard time of 24 months. Google serves as the data processing partner, but cannot use that data in any way.
Currently we use the following non-necessary cookies:
Pardot – anonymized 3rd party cookie. Pardot uses a unique identifier and only once you decide to submit a form with FFA it merges with your created record, and we can actually see your activity. The cookie expires automatically after 6 months.
Hotjar – website optimization tool that allows us to record anonymized aggregated traffic, in order to improve the user experience of the website.
Social Media cookies such as LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook/Instagram allow us to improve on our communication on social media and support campaigns promoting our services. The cookies are stored as per standard times, established by those 3rd parties.
In addition, cookies allow us to track violations of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use agreements of wearmefashion.com by users or devices.
Cookies help wearmefashion.com evaluate the number and frequency of requests, as well as identify and block those Users or devices that attempt to perform batch downloads of information using our Website.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

Our site is not intended for Users under the age of 18. Based on our policy, we are not collecting or storing information about anyone under the age of 18.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except that they cannot change their username. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
