Please note that the refund policy differs between individual events and the policy for the Product
(a service provided to the Client in the form of access to certain video materials (video trainings) posted on the page https://video.wearmefashion.com.) Also, payment methods differ for different Services. However, the following guidelines apply to both:
- We also do not refund funds to persons who did not participate in the event or are not satisfied with their results.
- If wearmefashion.com determines that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Service without delivering a refund.
- We give a 100% guarantee of the return of funds paid for a certain Event in case of cancellation/replacement/rescheduling of the Event.
- We return the funds paid for the Event chosen by the Client in case the Client refuses to study, in the condition that the Client has requested a refund from wearmefashion.com not later than 3 (three) calendar days before training or 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the date of the Event for NLP intensive training. In case the client requests a refund later than the established deadline condition – payment will be refunded partially or not returned at all (detailed terms are indicated in the offer agreement for each Event).
- In case the Client purchased a Service with pomo codes, discounts, etc. The amount subject to the refund is subject to the discounts provided, minus the bank commission associated with the refund.
- If within the first 2 days after you purchased a course (video training) you become dissatisfied with that course, wearmefashion.com will refund the full amount of your purchase based on the conditions listed in point (vi) and terminate your subsequent access to the course.
- To request a refund, please contact us through our Web Form;
- Wearmefashion.com will apply your refund to the VISA/MASTERCARD specified by the client. Refunds will not be available if requested after this 14-day period. Due to possible currency exchange rate fluctuations with your local currency and the Euro, the refunded amount may be slightly higher or lower than your originally paid amount. The duration of the transaction may take from 1 to 10 banking days.
